I called in as i was not able to print from the internet. Dave helped me with the issue and i got the print. I went to Harvard Law School and I gave Dave an A grade for helping me today. Thank you

I have always considered myself to be a bit of a geek. So when my CD drive crashed, I figured I could install a new one myself.
